The originator of The Organizational MRI, The Exponential Effect and Weave curriculum designs, Dr. Ashby is a former member of the Commission on Educational Credit and Credentials at the American Council on Education in Washington, D.C., and a former chairman of the Business Advisory Board at ACE-CREDIT. A nationally-known expert in organizational strategy and measurement systems, he's participated in briefings for former president Bill Clinton and several members of Congress over the years, been recognized for his service to the FBI Academy by former FBI Director Louis Freeh, and was listed twice during the Reagan administration among wish list candidates for Congress by a top Long Island business association. ARTHUR R. PELL, PH.D. One of America's best-known and most prolific business authors, Dr. Arthur R. Pell specializes in leadership development, human resources consulting and career management for The Leadership Capital Group LLC.
